Nevertheless, the vibrant city center can be easily reached in just under twenty minutes. This is a good compromise between rural tranquillity, healthy air and the attractions and advantages offered by a big city. Haus Feuchtl is located in Purkersdorf, in the west of Vienna, right on the city limits. The city center is just a few minutes away by rapid transit. Private living near Vienna naturally also includes local shopping facilities. The Auhofcenter is a shopping center with more than 150 stores. There is also a cinema and fitness center and a food mile with great restaurants.

At Haus Feuchtl, our guests can treat themselves to a little break from the stresses of everyday life, reflect on themselves, enjoy the artistically soothing ambience and recharge their batteries. As already mentioned, our wonderful garden with various seating areas, a barbecue area and a large terrace are also ideal for relaxation. If you like reading, we recommend our extensive international library. You can read the books in the fireplace room or in the garden.
Due to the proximity of our house to the Max Reinhard Seminar for Drama, private living near Vienna is also interesting for actors and singers, which is why you will always meet artists of all genres, in addition to many interesting national and international guests.
