Our furnished monthly rooms and apartments are suitable for people who have business in Vienna as well as Vienna commuters. The monthly rooms can be rented from 2 months up to several years. The rent includes all costs for heating, electricity, water and internet access. Each of the rooms in Haus Feuchtl has its own bathroom with bath or shower and WC. The rooms are also equipped with a TV and a small fridge. A microwave, kettle and coffee machine are available for preparing hot meals and drinks. The furnished apartments and some of our comfortably and modernly furnished rooms have a small, well-equipped kitchen. Outside the rooms, guests can use the communal areas or our romantic garden for a cozy get-together and cook alone or together with other guests in the communal kitchen. The washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station for crease-free shirts are also very popular.

At HAUS FEUCHTL, people of different nationalities, professions and ages meet as tourists or permanent tenants. You can exchange ideas in one of the spacious lounges or, if you prefer, remain completely undisturbed and anonymous.
