Our cultivated, privately run house is located in picturesque Purkersdorf. It takes just 20 minutes to get to the center of Vienna by car or high-speed train, so you can live outside and pursue your studies or professional activities in the city without a long journey.
You can buy all your daily necessities directly in Purkersdorf, or go shopping in the shopping center with over 140 stores, which is just a 5-minute drive away. There are restaurants and bars, as well as a movie theater and a fitness studio just 5 minutes away. You are probably wondering how our villa got the name Haus Feuchtl. In many rooms of the villa we have exhibited paintings by the Austrian artist Franz Feuchtl, who gave our house its name.
